Technology Support
Technical support is available for all students regarding any technical issues that may occur during the school closure. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with their Chromebooks (including repairs/replacement Chromebooks and replacement power supplies), navigating the PLP/PowerSchool/Google, password reset requests and any other technical issues that may arise during this time. Please email helpdesk@cocospa.org or by calling 925-235-1418. The telephone number will ring directly to CoCoSpa's IT team during school hours and will create an automatic ticket during off hours so the issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!
