COVID-19 Closure Information
We hope this update finds you safe and healthy! We have missed your smiling faces and hearing your voices in the hallway every day. We are grateful to you virtually during this time.
With the challenge of physical school closure, we appreciate and renew our commitment to continue to offer important resources and learning experiences for our community. As we move into the next phase of our online schooling, we want all families and students to know that all of our SPA staff is here to support you. If you are struggling with the online platforms, having trouble with the new expectations, or need other support, please email and communicate with teachers and administrators to let us know how we can help.
From April 3 - April 10, our students will have a week of Spring Break to rest and reset for the last quarter of the school year. Online classes, Google Hangouts and new assignments will be paused - teachers will be on a break during this time as well. We will start school again on Monday, April 13th. We will host 2 days of virtual learning orientation sessions and begin live classes on Wednesday, April 15th.

Technical support is available for all students regarding any technical issues that may occur during the school closure. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with their Chromebooks (including repairs/replacement Chromebooks and replacement power supplies), navigating the PLP/PowerSchool/Google, password reset requests and any other technical issues that may arise during this time. Please email email@example.com or by calling 925-235-1418. The telephone number will ring directly to CoCoSpa's IT team during school hours and will create an automatic ticket during off hours so the issue can be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you!
